Strange person in the middle of the road this morning

Hey all. This morning around 5:45 am my wife and I were going for a jog and saw a suspicious looking person in the middle of the road. He was standing on Kitts Creek Rd near the playground just watching us run by. He was dressed all in black, wearing a black hooded coat with a white bandanna. We couldn't see his face. We would have called the police but we didn't have cell phones at the time. I just wanted to let people know that they should be on the look out for some suspicious looking people early in the morning.

Maybe we were just a bit sketched out and blowing this out of proportion. But that early in the morning it is rare to see people just "hanging around."

You probably should have gone home and called the police anyway. I'll pass this on to Sgt Rhew with Morrisville Police.

It´s possible that it is one of the boys waiting for the school bus to the middle school.
I´m out at 5:50am every morning with my son, and usually we see one more boy out there at that time.

I didn't think about that. I got a response from Sgt Rhew. He is going to have the Patrol Division be on the lookout. I'd rather have the police check it out and make that determination.
