Notice of Public Hearing - Hopson Road/Church Street Rail and Road Improvements

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is holding a design hearing for the Hopson Road and Church Street Rail and Roadway Improvements Thursday, January 14, 2009 at 4:30pm at the Archie K.
