All Kitts Creek Homeowners should have gotten a letter in the mail just before Thanksgiving about the upcoming HOA meeting. The letter includes a proxy form, the agenda, and the budget comparison for 2011 and 2012. Here's the jist....

Under the provisions of the by-laws of the Kitts Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of homeowners will be held:

DATE: Tuesday, December 6, 2011
TIME: 6:30 to 7:30pm
PLACE: Kitts Creek Community Clubhouse

The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on the status of the Association and to ratify the 2012 budget.
